Return & Refund Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing Vionexil as a distance sale (online order), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason. This right is provided under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Dutch consumer law (Burgerlijk Wetboek Book 6, Title 5).

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• The withdrawal notice must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product
• The product packaging must be unopened and intact
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase (order reference or confirmation email) must be provided

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products whose seal or packaging has been opened.

3. How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right

To initiate a return, notify us clearly within the 14-day period by:

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice promptly. You must then return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item received was incorrect or defective due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are unable to accept liability for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or the returned goods (whichever is later). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received and verified. If the returned product does not meet the conditions stated in Section 2, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any diminished value of the product.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. This is without prejudice to your statutory rights under the Dutch Civil Code and EU product liability rules.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products with broken seals or opened packaging (for health and hygiene reasons)
• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery due to improper handling

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a return, you may contact the Geschillencommissie (Netherlands Disputes Committee) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These options are available in addition to your right to seek redress through Dutch courts.
